In contrast to the Japanese Kaizen, I will now introduce you the management system of ISO. In my understanding, the management system was supposed to have been developed in United Kingdom, being inaugurated by Margaret Hilda Thatcher.

Also in my understanding, the management system was a tool of Anglo-Saxons tribe that aimed at good management of many projects to get good results. The tribe of Anglo-Saxons used this tool as a means of getting wins --- victories --- in wars.
