Explanation on Kaizen continues. This is really a Japanese treasure. Then, what is Kaizen?

In my understanding, Kaizen is an activity which aims at achieving a good efficiency of input to output in a manufacturing process.

And also in my understanding, the Kaizen activity is closely connected to facility operators. Kaizen has been successfully performed by all employees of manufacturing companies. There, Every body took part in the Kaizen.

Tanabe Consultant Group supports Kaizen of manufacturing companies by using criteria of ISO14001 Standard, ISO9001 Standard, and OHSAS18001 Standard.

This idea is very unique, I think.
